Refund Policy
At Team Throws, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-made blankets designed specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Each order is crafted to your specifications, making it unique to you.
Returns for Discrepancies: While we cannot accept returns due to the custom nature of the products, we do address any discrepancies between the final product and the pre-production proof approved by you. If you receive an item that differs from the proof you confirmed, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@teamthrows.com.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return in case of a discrepancy:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@teamthrows.com to initiate the return process.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns. This includes our custom blankets which are made to order.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. This is applicable only if the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds: In the rare event of a return due to a discrepancy with the pre-production proof, we will inspect the returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
