Order Processing
Orders for custom-printed products begin production as soon as payment is confirmed. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accommodate post-checkout edits or cancellations. Please double-check your design details, quantities, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
Finished goods ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We rate-shop in real time to choose the fastest, most cost-effective carrier for your destination and service level.
Shipping Costs
- Bulk Orders: Free ground shipping on every domestic bulk order.
- Direct Shipping Online Store sales (5–10-day delivery): Shipping is charged a flat-rate at checkout based on total package weight. No additional handling fees are added.
- International recipients are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by local customs.
Tracking & Notifications
When your order ships you will automatically receive an email (and, if opted-in, an SMS) containing a live tracking link generated by EasyPost. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to populate after the label is created.
International Duties & Taxes
Recipients outside the United States are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by local customs. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee collected at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (including suite, floor, or unit numbers). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Marked Delivered, Not Received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If still unresolved, contact us within 3 business days of the “delivered” scan so we can assist with a carrier trace.
- Damaged in Transit: Retain all packaging and photograph the damage. Notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Split Shipments
Large multi-carton or multi-product orders may ship in separate boxes or from different facilities. You will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment.
